The Sandhurst Diocese extends from Kerang in the states North West, to Corryong in the North East and includes the major regional areas of Bendigo, Echuca, Shepparton, Wangaratta and Wodonga as well as many vibrant smaller communities, providing primary and secondary education to more than 20,000 students in 58 educational settings, including primary, secondary, Foundation - Year 12 settings, Early Learning Centres and two alternative educational settings.

The Charter of Sandhurst School Improvement is known as CoSSI.
CoSSI is the framework for guiding School Improvement in the Diocese of Sandhurst. It has five organisational lenses, with Catholic Identity as the prominent and overarching lens, to aid school improvement.
