VISA Financial Support
- We will pay for Business VISA costs
- Primary teacher for 2 years ~ $6,000 AUD
- Secondary teacher for 4 years ~ $11,000 AUD
- Primary school teachers are eligible for a two year VISA
- Secondary teachers are leligible for a four year VISA
- Minimum of two years teaching experience required
Relocation Incentives
- Successful applicants will be entitled to:
A relocation reimbursement of $5,000
- 60% reimbursement on arrival
- A further 40% reimbursement at the completion of 2 or 4 years
- Reimbursements provided following submission of relocation costs
Small rural schools - extra incentives
A relocation reimbursement of $10,000
- Successful applicants will be entitled to:
- 30% reimbursement on arrival
- A further 30% reimbursement at the end of the first year of contract
- The final 40% reimbursement at the end of the second year of contract

Additional support
Successful applicants will be provided with support to:
- Apply for Victorian Institute of Teaching registration
- Work through the Visa application process
- Transition into the community (making connections, links to local services including real estate agent)
